We met at Marion Cannon Park on June 20th from 11 am - 1pm to have a Family Fun Day! Everyone in the neighborhood was invited to come and enjoy some tasty food, make some fun crafts, get their face painted, jump in the bouncer, slide down the inflatable slide and participate in the book and clothes give-a-way. What a wonderful day it was!

What a day it was...knocked down a wall to create a multipurpose room and a whole lot of other much needed things from our church to-do-list. A Big Thank You to All who helped out!!

Lighthouse had a water baptism service at Ventura Harbor on June 8, 2008. Danae, Julius Nancy, Sean, Caitlin, Ian, Aaron, Susan, Brian and Jordyn all professed their faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We celebrate their indentification with Jesus in His death and resurrection! It was a wonderful day.

Volunteers are a vital part of church life! This picnic is to say "THANK YOU" for all that you do.

Wednesday, December 12, 2007 was our 2nd Annual Christmas Caroling/Dessert Party. We ventured over to the Victoria Care Center and warbled carols throughout the hall. Smiling faces greeted us through open bedroom doors and we even had a couple of requests! After caroling we came back to Lighthouse and had dessert.

Together with the River Community, Sunday, October 28th turned out to be a rousing, rip roaring day of fun! Check out the pictures!
